Our experience was good overall. We initially reserved 2 toddler carseats, but they were not in the car when we showed up for our trip. Luckily we got it sorted out and our trip was fine after that one hiccup. Host was quick to communicate and instructions were clear. The car was exactly as expected from the photos and big enough to hold all of our belongings.
We had a fantastic experience renting a Kia Sorento through Outdoorsy. The vehicle was very clean and well-maintained, and the gas mileage was great, which made our trip even easier. We also rented a car seat and booster—both were clean and conveniently placed in the trunk, ready to be installed and used. Barry was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This was our first time using Outdoorsy, and we were really impressed with the overall experience. We would absolutely rent through Outdoorsy again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Barry and the platform to friends and family!
