Terrible! Extremely overpriced as the normal rental range for a regular Uber X vehicle or Uber Comfort or Uber Green 260-400. They call you earlier than your payment time but regardless of that they call you like spam. They don’t put new tires on their car and wipers hard to come by. Your car may not come clean as they don’t check previous rental at the end. They don’t have an adequate website and are specific on charges. They will not let you use your own Toll Pass, I was using my toll pass and after driving for weeks I suddenly had a toll balance because they use a secret toll service. They only tell you things afterwards and not before.
It was the worst rental company I’ve ever had. You wouldn’t believe it if I say that they had to switch three vehicles because one vehicle is overheating. The other one the tire was messed up. The car are dirty. They do not clean them not only that when you get in the car, there’s no gas in it whatsoever. The cars are shutting off overheating because they’re not adding oil or antifreeze and then the tires are popped. I had a pop tire so I went to go get the spare and the spare ended up having no air in it and a dent in it. I had to go multiple times to pick up another vehicle and pay my own Uber and they only gave me one day for free. It was up to three days. I was dealing with three different cars, giving me a problem. The last car they gave me kept dying. The first car they gave me was overheating. Second car they gave me tire was popped. I’ve never gotten a rental away. It was so dirty and disgusting. There was dutches and cigarette ash everywhere I don’t smoke at all when you turn on the car.
